orbs on my render(see attached photo)

I friend of mine set me up With an item but when i load it it has these anchor balls that i cant make go away.
Ive seen them before on items ive gotten from sharecg.com in the form of arrows. How do i make these thing disappear

those are controllers. you should be able to go into surfaces and set the opacity of the controllers to 0. At least that is what they look like
