Stacking Stuck on Day 5

I've been buying things just about every day, but my Stack Up gauge has been stuck on Day 5 for about a week. I know that new stuff and Fast Grab, etc., are  not eligible, but I've been buying a lot of other stuff, yet my Stack Up has been stuck on Day 5 for probably 5 days now. Anyone else having this happen?

In this case, if "jusrt about every day" skipped two in the last seven then Day 5 would be correct.
