What is going on with Customer Service???

What is going on with Customer Service? I have a ticket from 7 months ago where they say they are aware of the problem and are working on it, and will let me know when resolved. I asked again what’s going on with it, they said they’re still working on it but nothing since. Another ticket that’s 4 months old where they say the person assigned to that ticket left and it will be reassigned to someone else and no response since that and a recent time sensitive sales issue with no response at all. What is going on?

For me, customer service used to be a great reason to buy from Daz.

... Now it's a great reason to avoid 'em. At least we've still got the money back option.
