    Sorry, we need more information in order to help you:

    1. What version of DazToMaya plugin are you using?  This can be found by opening Daz Studio, selecting Help -> About Installed Plugins -> Daz To Maya Bridge.

    2. What version of Maya are you using?

    3. Do you have Python 3 for Maya installed?
