v4 skin problem please help!

so here's the problem , when i load victoria 4.2 the skin doesn't look right so if anyone knows how to fix it i'll appreciate the help.

    Did you get any error messages? What graphics card/chipset do you have, and what are the settings in DAZ Studio under Edit>Preferences>Interface?

    thanks for replying, i didn't get any error message and here's everything:
