Can't install Install manger filters or uninstall LamH player?

I can't seem to install the install manger filters again.  They got deleted somehow.  I install them but I think they are installed in beta for Install manager instead of regular.

I also somehow deleted the install manifest, but DS is complaining about LamH player and regular version is installed at same time.  I don't know how to uninstall the player when the install manager doesn't remember it installed it.
