8.1 Basic Female, no Basic Male?

I have 8.1 basic female in my library but no basic male. Is getting Michael 8.1 or other 8.1 char only way to test out 8.1 males? And, I did buy V8.1, is that when I got the basic char or is that general install now?

    Genesis 8.1 basic figures were added in the corresponding Genesis 8 starter essentials packs. You probably reinstalled G8F starter essentials after you bought V8.1 so you could use her, but have not reinstalled G8M starter essentials since 8.1 release.

    Genesis 8.1 was released in january or february 2021 IIRC.
