I cannot post a new image in my gallery (solved by PC restart)

I am trying to post a new image in my gallery, but I always get redirected to the OOPS page with a link to the shop.

Is there a problem with the gallery or is it my PC acting wonky?

Edit: It was indeed my PC. Restarting it solved the problem.
