Contact Vendors for a bespoke commission

Hi
I would like to approach some vendors with a brief for a more bespoke commission, how do I contact them?
I basically need 3 outfits creating:
1) 1000 series survival suit
2) Shark 93204 series survival suit
3) Hansen Protection SeaAir suit
Ideally to work with Michael 6 or similar
