how to unlock all scale options

How is this done again? I forget. I only see 1 scale option whenever I select anything when usually is 4 as we know. How do I unlock the rest?

    Not sure what you're asking, but I assume that you have to enable 'show hidden' in the parameters 'burger menu' (3 lines)
