Okay, one should always make sure they are logged in BEFORE placing items into shopping cart. This includes gift cards.
Zee system got a little confused when I didn't.

Did not ask for payment info 'cause it was "0" ... yes! Got screen shot :-)

But alas it would not go to giving me the numbers lol ... the response was the negative payment issue. hehehe ...
