I Need Help to Fix Pose Shoulder for Genesis 2

I have several presets poses in Genesis 2 and many give this faulty shoulders, someone would have a solution to fix this problem or know of any plugin that corrects this?

    This is usually the result of the pose only raising the shoulder bone and not the collar bone also.
