ISO Contemporary Storefront with Disabled parking

I'm trying to scrap together a contemporary store front with a Disabled Parking spot.  Any suggestions?

Are you good with Photoshop? Because if it was me I'd just grab an environment like King Wash, find the ground in the textures folder and edit the parking lot to have disabled spot. It shouldn't be too hard.
