Blender isn't finding the addon after installing.  Please help.

You might want to check the blender section of the forums, I know I've seen this exact issue brought up a number of times. Sorry I don't have the answer but never paid attention to what the resolution, if any, was. You could also use diffeo which is better in many respects.
