Genesis 8.1 Base Figure

This is really such a noob question and it may have been answered elsewhere.  If I buy a figure that says it is "for Genesis 8.1" do I need to purchase Victoria 8.1 or Michael 8.1 in order to get the base figure?  Or any figure that comes out?  I notice in my library, I have a few 8.1 characters, however, I do not have the file for "Genesis 8.1 Starter Essentials"  like I do for the other generations: Genesis, 2, 3, 8

Genesis 8 Starter Essentials includes G8.1 Figures if you have recently downloaded or updated, older versions contains only G8 Figure, so if you don't find G8.1 try update the product.

Victoria 8.1 or Michael 8.1 are figures based on G8.1 female/male, so you don't need them (unless you buy a product that explicitally require one of them).

The G8.1 base characters were added to Genesis 8 Starter Essentials in January 2021, if you don't have them, update your starter essentials.

So when I go to this page, I do not see anything mentioning an update, but I did find a thread I can save for reference once I get things transferred to my new computer, I really don't have much for 8.1 but since it is creeping into a lot of content, I wanted to make sure... Thanks y'all so much!
