ISO: M4 Head Morphs Vendor

There was a vendor that made head morphs for M4/V4 figures and for the life of me I cannot remember "his" name or site. Can someone please assist? I think he had a horse head, bird head, and a dog/cat like head to name a few.

I wanna say his name was Mr Sparky or Spanky and I do believe the site had "egg" in the name. And i do believe his avatar was like a insane Rabbit looking character.
