JSON data from G3 to G2?

I'm finding Face Mojo to be a great tool for lip sync. But is there a way to use it on an older Gen 2 male? Can I transfer JSON data from a Gen 3 character to Gen 2? I've tried to re-create the Gen 2 character as a Gen 3 or more, but can never get the face shape or skin texture to match.
