Dance Class Studio Lighting & iRay Lighting of indoor scenes in general question

Just purchased the new Dance Class Studio. Unfortunately it came without any lights. I'm struggling to get similar lighting as shown in the promos. I tried with a HDRI as a base in 4.8 but I think there are additional lights necessary. Any tips how to achieve the looks of the promos in either 4.7 or 4.8 are very welcomed. Thanks in advance.

P.S. Already contacted the PA but he did not do the promos unfortunately.

Judging by the soft shadow behind the figure there's an area light of some kind (either a light with a shape assigned or a surface with an emissive setting) opposite to the window providing some fill light without too much shadowing. There's probably also a distant light for the sun unless it's a very good HDR being used for the environment.
