FG Zombie Bus to regular bus?

Can any one who has the "FG Zombie Bus" by  

Fugazi1968 & Ironman

tell me if you can hide the all the zombie parts and turn it into a regular bus?

I don't have it, so I can't say how well it would work as a regular bus. With a quick search here and at Renderosity, the best real world school bus I saw was the Mack B Schoolbus for DAZ Studio. It's a 50s or 60s style bus sold at the other store though.
