How do I save to Studio's library?

I made some clothes and rigged them, but now it's time to save them to the library and I can't exactly figure out how to do that. I looked in the User guide, and I suppose I might have skipped over it, but I can't seem to find a heading addressing how to do that. Can i get some help please?

    File > Save As > Support Asset > Figure/Prop Asset.
