Iray: Error during rendering!

Okay. Ever since the current .51 build (4.8 Beta), nothing is working properly with Iray.

I get a message:
"Error during rendering!"

The viewport becomes 100% unresponsive after the error.

If I try to run it again after that error, I get the message:
"Unable to render. Renderer already in use."

I changed no settings. Everything is the default. I simply started the Daz Beta & tried to render.

It uses CPU because I don't have NVidia... and the settings say CPU.

And this is it for my log after startup & trying to render:
(I just loaded up the Thor Tank, converted all the surfaces to Iray UberShader or the Iray Glass shader, and that's it)

The log is incredibly non-helpful. There's really no "error" reported.

Nothing has changed on the system. I still have 16GB RAM (about 12GB available). The log says 7.9TB of virtual memory, which is neither here nor there. It's an AMD-based system, and Iray is set to run in CPU mode.

EDIT:
Okay, managed to get it to totally crash after trying to render a scene with nothing in it.
I get an ACCESS_VIOLATION error, which is probably not very diagnose-able over an internet forum.

EDIT 2:
Okay, it's the Shader Builder DLL that caused it.

Disabling Shader Builder plug-in makes it functional again.
