Binocular Periscope?

Does anybody knows if a prop like this exist?
For some reason my brain keep telling me that I've seen it as part of a set, or some WW2 like props but I cannot find it anywhere in the store, this and others.

By any chance, does anybody knows if there is a Periscope like prop as well, you know the classic one? Just a bent tube with a lense on it? :D
