Hello,
when I use this the shader is removed from the gens even if the shell is applied only to the head, let alone the whole body. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing, just that when you apply a geoshell it gets created with ALL the underlying surfaces/geometry. As the Wet Body product does not apply to genitalia the shell, on those locations, will remain in default grey, 50% opacity form. Depending on the geograft in question you may be able to copy/paste the hip zone or just toggle the visibilty of those zones on the shell.

Thanks for the information, but its odd that it does not work with the whole body, and wrong that it does not warn of this before purchase.

You can hide parts of the Geometry Shell - it still won't give the wet effect on the genitals but they will at least have the skin texture. Since the droplets effect is patchy you may be able to copy settings and maps from another area to get a usable result without obvious seams, depending on your viewing angle. In general, if a texture set doesn't specifically say it includes maps and settings for the male genitals either assume it doesn't or ask in the forums before purchase.

My problem with the Wet Body Geometry Shells is that it always ends up looking like. . . Spunk. . . I can turn the opacity down to about 20 and that helps, but much below that and it isn't visible at all. I want a wet sweaty rivulet, not something jiz under Iray, how do I fix it?

If you are using Iray have you tried applying one of the water shader presets to the whole shell?

Thank you! That does change the pornish problem I was complaining about, though it presents it's own new problems. Still though it's something to experiment with, hopefully I can find a decent balance here.
