Freebie after purchase gitch or sales ticket?

I got the screens from this morning (Saturday 2 May 2015), bought stuff listed as new, bu never got the freebie. Timing glitch or do I go whine at sales?

    did you put it in your cart with the rest of it so that the system could see it and give it to you free?????
