Not received store credit for completing survey - anyone else?

I got an orange banner inviting me to complete a survey in return for $5 store credit.  I completed the survey (which took longer than expected) but haven't received the credit!  I'm wondering whether anyone else has done the survey, and have you got your credit?  Perhaps I said something wrong?!

    It says the reward will be released April 1st

    Ah, OK, thanks - missed that.  Where did it say so?

    I'm 95% positive it said it at the bottom of the orange banner I had as well as it stated it clearly at the end of the survey.

    I thought it said April 1, 2022, but I hope it isn't an April fool's joke.

    I've done these surveys before and I've always gotten my store credit on the date they said it would be there.
