Best tutorials to understand how to use the animation feature

I want to buy the Baseball Animations for Genesis 8 so that I can create still images of various batting poses. I am looking for some suggested tutorials on using the DAZ animation feature. I do not have a need to create animations.

I opened the Timeline pane. I brought up a Genesis 8 figure, a child. i selected a pose (animation). I ran the animation. It runs, but the pose is not correct. It should be of a person swinging a bat.
