Any way to prevent toolbars from lining up after any customization?

Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the DAZ Studio toolbars from all lining up in a row after going into Customize (F3)? I like to space them out, but every time I go in there, they all get smooshed together again and locking the Workspace doesn't prevent it. Thanks for any advice.
