can smoothing iterations drape skirts like dynamic cloth to body?

was testing with the aether dress, bumped to 50 iterations.

before my pc starts smoking from overheating :lol: can smooth modifiers turn regular skirts to be like dynamic draping?

some i bought don't seem to have 'fix' morphs. if they have bodyhandles, i'm not seeing em.
am i supposed to use high smoothing for these?
