can't load genesis 2

I have just decided to start trying to use genesis but not had much luck loading her, I get the following message 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'NumVertices' Genesis - Poser pro 2014 any ideas or advice? I was hoping most of the problems would have been ironed out by now>

    So, you are using Poser Pro 2014 and the DSON Importer? Did you install both the core Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials and the Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials PoserCF packages? Which icon are you using to load Genesis 2 Female?

    I installed both the essentials and poser cf files

    Where is the Data folder? Is it in a folder that also holds a "Runtime" folder?

    Yes it is

    If the data folder is inside the runtime folder it needs taken out and put one level up
