    Here's a screen of the material after applying Iray Uber Base (ignoring maps). All I have is SubD Displacement Level which does nothing.

    I've had this problem with flooring and furniture that I wanted to SubD for various reasons. Try changing the Algorithm that's used. I can't run the program at the moment, but I remember playing with the Edge Interpolation as well. At the least, I was able to turn it on for a tiled marble floor that would get huge gaps between the squares with the default settings.
