Is it possible to edit Face Transfer textures in Photoshop?

I would like to edit the textures created with Face Transfer in Photoshop or similar graphic editor, but I can't find where they are saved.

Is this even possible?

The textures are saved in the "runtime" folder, under "Textures." Then in a folder called "FaceGen." There's also the possibility that the whole Runtime>Textures>FaceGen folder nesting saved into another directory, like "Documents," instead of "Public Documents," if you're on Windows.
