DAZ Shredding Mesh Upon Rendering

This DAZ fresh install seems to be shredding my meshes fingers and ears among other problems.

Load new Genesis Male 2> Render

aside from adding clothing this is all I have done. This is unfortunate because how the purpose I use DAZ for doesn't require a whole lot of advanced setting finageling.

eyes don't render, mesh shreds in places, and seams appear. Anyone else have this problem?
Please see attachments for clarity. Appreciate any help I can get on this subject.

what are your advanced render settings? I think a setting in there is causing the seam to be visable

The weirdness in the fingers and ears is caused by displacement being set too high

Did the log file show any errors?

    Appreciate the reply on this.

There was a shader attached with a displacement setting I fixed that issue. Thanks for the suggestion.

Have you any thoughts on why the eyes render in white? If I can get that solved, I think I'll be well on my way. Thanks again.

What surface shader is the eyes using ?

What version of DAZ Studio is it?

Is that the latest version of G2M or an older one?

Are you loading up G2M from the official DAZ3D G2M Duf file or from an older altered version you saved out?

    All very good questions.

This is the latest version of DAZ for mac, with all the latest models.

It turns out, I need to reapply the default shader when I load in a model.

Currently I am trying to use the toon shader for the overall render, but it does not seem to work well with certain aspects of G2M.

Thanks for asking about the surface shader questions, that really got me thinking in the right direction. Appreciate the help, and if you know of any toon shading areas of the forums, pleas let me know. Thanks again for you help!

    You're welcome.

As for toon, I dont use the built in toon render option.

However, there are several shaders in the store that do toon

I just don't have experiance with either.
