Animated Waves

I want to do an animation with waves gently breaking on a beach. Any ideas for how to do it? Most of the sets I've tried are static. Thanks for the help.

    You could try Nerd's "Waves on the Beach". Not available here anymore though, he's moved to hivewire3d.
