Hi all,

Either someone was watching Netflix instead of doing their job or simply it did not go thourgh QC/QA at all whatsoever. Either way very disappointing.

When I try to load the boots is trying to find the files in a non-existing folder (see attached image)

The files it try to load are actually found in this other folder instead.

...\data\ChungDan\Bambino Range Boots and Jeans\Bambino Range Boots\Morphs\Chungdan\Base

I know I can simply create those folder and move the files there (I guess i could also change the metadata and update to the correct folder, but I'm not at that level yet).

It is so frustrating that something so obvious that wouldn't pass QC/QA can be released just like that.

Nothing against the artist, the full blame and responsibility relies on DAZ.

DAZ should invest more money and time on QC/QA and stop wasting those resources in messing up the product page and crappy things nobody wants.

Have you 'updated' the product recently?

    Resolved Issues

    • 2022-01-06 - updated

      • data folder and texture folder updated as well as folder structure

    According to file list
    http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/47729/file_list ;

The correct path is; .../data/chungdan/Route 23/jean/Morphs/Chungdan/...

Thanks again for tackling my whining :)

Yes I have, my mistake was that I have customized folders, but the updated version of the boots was in the default folder used by DIM and not in the customized location where I tried to load the asset from. So using the updated version works.

However, the docs information you are citing is still wrong because I don't have that path you mentioned. There is no folder Route 23 at all. I still have the path I copied.

    Thanks again.

    Cheers
