V4 Characters to Genesis

Hello all, this 50% off sale has me wanting to get things I had been putting off!

I bought a bunch of v4 characters mainly just for the textures to use on genesis. But what all exactly do I need to actually use the characters on genesis figure?

I'm guessing I need to buy V4.2 base , GenX .. what am I missing ?

If the character you want to transfer uses morphs from a V4.2 morph pack (such as morphs++) then you'll also need that.

And if you want to transfer a character to G2F you also need the Genesis 2 add-on for GenX.

I am fairly sure that is all you need for Genesis 1. For G2F you would also need the following:

The V4 textures will work on Genesis just fine. To use the shapes hou'll need Generation X.
