Grenadine Dress Textures price

Looking at the new items today I noticed that the textures for Grenadine Dress is not showing any price reduction. Maybe I'm getting spoilt seeing, 30%, 51% etc off new items, but this stands out as the one new item that is showing it's full price, and it's more expensive than the dress it goes with.

Is this an error in the store, or is this actually a non-discountable item?

    I just refreshed the page and it's got 51% discount now.
