Dynamic clothing issue

After much tooling around I've figured out how to get drapes to look the way I want them to, but there's a small problem.

The wrinkles always look like this:

I can never get the wrinkles to look smooth. I'm using Studio 4.7 64 bit.

Anyone have any idea how I can deal with this?
