So Where Is The Bundle Message?

I have all the bundles, so it doesn't apply to me anyway- but it's really annoying to supposedly get an offer when I spent the required amount, and then NADA. No messages in My Account, no pop up message, no message on the bundle page when I click to it from the rotating banner. Anyone else seeing it?
