Can’t seem to install/activate LAMH

I bought LAMH a couple of days ago during March Madness catch-up. I have installed it and it shows up in the About Installed Plugins window, with a green plug … so it seems to be installed properly. But I cannot figure out how to start it up! In the videos, Alessandro seems to have an LAMH icon in his DS toolbar … but there is not one there for me. What am I doing wrong?

Mac OS 10.10.2
DS 4.8.0.4
LAMH 1.5.0.1

    Never mind! I see it now on the Create menu.
