Unable to Log-On Documentation Center

For some reason I cannot log-on to the Documentation center to access the tutorials. It keeps telling me that my username and password is wrong!! I have cookies enabled as well.
Any ideas....
I use FireFox and Internet Explorer does the same thing!!

I am having issues logging on to the Documentation Center for the tutorials. It keeps telling me that my user name and password is incorrect! It's been the same one that I have always used.
I use FireFox and cookies are enabled for the site. Does the same in Internet Explorer

What URL are you going to that requires login?

It should be accessible without signing in...in fact, I thought all the docs were accessible without signing in.
