Sale / coupon ticket open for 26 days?

Hi,

is it now usual that sale / coupons tickets open for more than 20 days?
In my case currently 26 days. And I have to reask to get an reaction at all.

    I've had responses to tickets months after they're opened, with the response being "are you still having this problem?" Maybe if they sell support tickets as NFTs you might get some actual help.

    Sales are generally pretty quick, please send me a PM with the ticket number.

    There was a geenral slow-down after the store system update a year or so back, which took a while to improve, and that is colouring peiople's answers. Also, technical tickets often take a bit longer though most of my recent ones have not hung around excessively.

    I have two technical tickets open for 8 months now. Neither has been touched in the past 7 months.Both ended with "we'll get back to you when the team gets back to them."
