So whatever happened to GoFigure?

I've slowly gotten into animation, and ended up picking up a few of the aniblock sets from GoFigure for V4 and M4 that I don't have and thought might be useful, but it struck me they don't have much (any?) in the way of aniblock sets for Genesis and Genesis2, and seems to me there hasn't been much new from them on that front for quite a while. Took a peek at their website, but looks like it's been years since any posts. I prefer V4/M4, so it's not an issue for me, but it looks like other mocap vendors (bonetech, posermocap) have more recent sets that are specifically for Genesis2, wondered why GoFigure doesn't have more sets, and specifically more sets for more recent figures. Maybe the GoFigure folks who developed the whole aniblock system have moved on? Just curious if anyone knows or has heard anything from them recently.

Also with the advent of Kinect and the way mocap technology is moving forward, I wonder if in the near future mocap is something anyone can do in their basement, and if so whether that will adversely effect aniblock sales for vendors.
