Martin Princess- free matching Conform waist Chain?

I was thinking of getting The Martin Princess Outfit set for V4 before it disappears and read there is supposed to be a matching waist chain offered in the General Freepository section....HERE!.....But after looking looking most of the day so far one darn thread at a time and getting no help for the forum search engine.....which all seem to suck here...I have not had any luck.
anyone know what happened to that item?
Seems to me if it is no longer available here or anywhere for that matter then mention of it in the store product page should be removed instead of sending people looking in good faith for a support product that no longer exists. A horrible waste of my time.
I am so frustrated, despite having had the product in my cart intent in good faith to purchase it, i just took it out and frell it!

Edited to add that the reason you can't find the Freebie is because it would have been on the old forums, as this set was released in 2008.

That doesn't change the fact that the free product would have featured in the freepository on the old (archived) forums and thus won't show in the current iteration of the forum.

Grant that but i still say if that changed and the product page still offers it as part of the purchase then it should MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR DL....somewhere.......or be removed from the product page.

/edit- after looking at this download.... Don't use the priority download. Use the download button above that, but what seems to be happening is that the 1000 sec countdown (or 20 w/o adblock) isn't counting down, so if you click 'free download' it forces you to 'log in' to download immediately. The countdown looks borked, at least in Chrome.

I think we've got Mars all wrong. It's not Iron that makes the Red Planet red, it's Copper! Here's the MP outfit on a Copper colored cutie! :cheese: (I couldn't resist...)
like the set but the fact the body tattoos were not included with that ruddy skin color made me not want to get it.
What body tattoos? The Zavia character set is separate from the outfit. You can use the outfit with any character or skin. In fact, the "diffuse tan" technique could make any Caucasian skin texture look "Martian". There are plenty of character sets with tattoos, if that's what you want. I do have some fit problems with the outfit, depending on the character. The MP items aren't all "super conforming" to V4. In the render I posted, the belly chain, the hip area and the chain across the chest all needed minor fiddling. I've had this set and the accessories for a while, but didn't have all the add-ons. Note that the metal flake materials that come with the outfit are for Poser, but one can easily apply a metal shader to various zones. I mostly used the "combo" MATs without much fiddling in the render.
gonna have some fun with metallize shaders. :lol:

yeah, i know. would still have loved her more with those tatts. they made that red princess so much more gorgeous for john carter.
when you say tatts, do you mean henna? there a couple henna v4 characters. - more ideas for next renderathon night. :)
Speaking of John Carter, this set (along with the martian creatures available in store) makes me want to go and recreate comics from the Princess of Mars books by Edgar Rice Burrough.
Not sure if I'd get in trouble legally though as some comic company was already making comics from the books, but it would be fun to do anyways :)

i guess it would look like henna under/on her red skin, nicer than black tattoos which to my liking are ugly. the patterns were alien/scifi/tribal and beautifully applied around the body and face.
they were very subtle and sexy. so much nicer and feminine than tattoos that are applied too black especially on a woman.
I do have several skins with an assortment of henna and tribal tattoos for V4. the best I had was the set made by blackhearted for V3 way back when which I had converted for V2.

what martian creatures? With my luck they are for genesis and i don't use genesis figures at all. I would love that 4 arm arena ape he had to fight or the tribal aliens who saved him and fought with him in the end. I loved that pet "dog" slug-like critter that followed him around too.....way cute. looks almost like my space raupe!
