Is the toolkit part of Daz Studio 4.16 and just offered as a separate module for those who still use 4.15 or is it just a separate module for purchase period?  I remember seeing somewhere that it was included in 4.16 but I just want to be sure.

MetaMixer is standalone and works with 4.15 as well. Make sure to read the tutorial as versions older than 4.16 have an issue with refreshing the PowerPose template.
