Can you quickly add Physics to Clothes/Hair unlike lengthy MagicaCloth Process?

I have magica, and i'm not good at using it yet but i've done it one time sucessfully. It takes so long just to make one clothes or hair or both have physics and swing realistically. Is there a way to make the process fast and easy? or some other non magica way?

    Just look for the tutorials of Unity cloth. Surprisingly it gives pretty good results and it is not as complicated as Magica.

    Nice i will try it. Does Unity cloth still exist in Unity 2021? the thing i searched and found is in Unity 5. And how would you apply it to Daz clothes? I've tried before i think , to learn about the cloth tsystem in unity they always just talk about making a cloth from scratch. they never really said how to make DAz clothing into Cloth
