What am I missing - some of Esha's catalog not being discounted(?)

OK, I have two of today's new MM in cart....
Skybridge and Bamboo Megapack are showing the discount, even Esha's Springtime....

But why are the other Esha products NOT showing a discount? Neither are identified as new or PC+...
I deleted (and re-added) items - no change....

Here's my cart - what am I missing??

    All 3 were released on the 29th December, which means they have only just gone over the 60 days and most likely have not been added to the segment which sparks the discount.

    I can send in a query, but am not sure if a reply will arrive in time

    Sunday's Casual Basic - 2014-12-29
    Sunday's Casual Basic Colors - 2014-12-29
    Sunday's Casual Basic Cozies - 2014-12-29

    They should work.
    You could buy them, and open a ticket to have the difference refunded as store credit.
    Or you don't buy them and wait for the next time they are on sale. ;-)

    Thanks to both of you for such quick replies!!!! I think I might purchase and submit a ticket - what do I have to lose??

    Here's a follow-up question - where do you/I find the release date for a product? I didn't see this info on the product page....

    Check the readme, which you can find by clicking on Help at the top pf the Page and going to the documentation centre and the "Product Readmes" from the left hand menu on that page. ues the sku number form the store page

    In the product info, look for the product number.
    Then go here:
    http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/start
    You can select the number from the left hand menu, and then lok through the listing to find the readme page of the product.

    EDIT: I give up. chohole is typing faster than light! :-D

    Gypsyangel's store isn't discounting either. I can put her oldest item in the cart ("Isolde" - for V4) and it's full price.

    I am told they are working to fix this, should be done soon.
