What's up with the Back to Class scaling?

Back to Class was released recently. I just tried it in DS 4.7.0.12. I assume that this furniture is meant for school children or teens. The scaling seems way off. It doesn't look like this in the store promos. Genesis 2 Male is dwarfed by the chair. His feet don't even reach the ground and the chair back is almost up to his shoulders and is wider than his shoulders. The desk comes up to Belle 6's waist. And look at the size of that pencil.

Shouldn't props like this in the DAZ store be properly scaled to the DAZ characters and match other DAZ prop scaling? Or is it just me that is seeing this discrepancy? I haven't applied any scaling to any of the props or characters in these images. They are the size they load from the Content Library.
