Meaning what" That they don't have a Second Life®?

Actually I think they just got tired of answering questions, or have gotten bored with the whole forum mentality. Having to type more than 140 characters at a time. Grammar Nazi's waiting to pounce. Being expected to use whole word spellings and complete sentences. Attention span the length of grain of rice. I think we just simply scared them away.

Nope. Once a 3D addict, forever a 3D addict.

Yeah, I've been experimenting with finding a way to download a model and smoke it, snort it or inject it straight into my vein.

...add to that being dyslexic and having a keyboard where several of the keys flake out from time to time has increased the "lurk to respond" ratio here.

Dyslexia is no excuse. My son has struggled with it all his life, but still got it together, has done a one year foundation course, a 3 year Uni course to get his BSc (2nd class honours) and is now studying for his Masters.

...just doesn't help with the spelling when in any kind of a hurry, especially since I can only use one finger on my right hand.as the rest are fairly crippled by my arthritis.

...and FF's spell checker gives some really offbeat if not "way out" suggestions that still make me have to cut and paste everything into MS Word most of the time to run through it's spell checker. It also doesn't help matters when a misspelled word creates another "legitimate" one which the spell checker then doesn't catch.

At least glad I don't have to do this on a typewriter.

"All rounded up and shipped off to the crazy farm?" yup that's for me, sorta housesitting so enyoing actual internet on a computer and not relying on my iphone, and updating my install manager files on occasion, trying to do online management training for my job, dealing with the negetive effects of below zero weather, and trying to avoid spending money here so trying to avoid all together, but when checking my email and seeing the new characters, I popped in to check forums for reviews and posts about the newbies. And also mattress shopping recently that's fun.:-)

    A) Are you in the mood for a movie?

    B) Are you interested in the early history of the US space program?

    C) Do you like movies about gladiators? Have you ever seen a man naked? ;-o

Kyoto Kid, I use a spell checker which catches most but not all the spelling stuff. I use to get upset when someone would "spelling Nazi" on my spelling but at some point I figured that was their issue and not mine and that I wasn't going to be held back from interacting with the world just because a few (very few) people demand some sort of abnormal spelling perfection that is beyond my abilities. Besides I see spelling here all the time that screams LD. We tend to miss spell the same words and in the same way. Never let some "normal" "standard" hold you back from self expression.

#4 Once in a while I poke my head in the forums. Been rendering and focused on creating results rather than browsing. My systems are all linked in a render farm and tied up on large animation sequences. My current project can be seen in this test video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldZIrxtK0TA

I am still doing 3d games and other real-time rendered projects. I would shop here more however I am WAITING for MORE VENDORS TO LOOSEN UP ON "GAME LICENSING RESTRICTIONS*" . Been using IClone 3D Exchange Pipeline with DAZ and even Poser more now that they have all the right tools in the new Game Dev edition. I like the fact that Smith Micro 3d content products are licensed for 3d publishing now, it really complements the Indy DO's here so you can make some neat projects. I only by content that I can publish in 3d via WebGL and often resort to model my own.

    * One game per license is not a value, especially when you make free to play multimedia & mini-games for your blog.

Well, I will actually admit to one thing I'm doing more in the last few months than before----games on the Kindle. I love match three games but found a series recently that really got me hooked---the ---istry ones like cubistry, catistry, gemistry, candystry, I think there are about a dozen and I have and play all of them.

Other than that, it's working on my content. That's a forever job.

I liked Nemo's reef on the kindle, but now it is not working. Hopefully they will be working on fixing it soon. There is one game I am playing Fairy kingdom, they want me to spend real money on their game to do their quests. I rather spend money at Daz than on this game.

I am thinking of playing with DS and Monique and watching a movie. Maybe Divergent, or Frozen, or Hunger Games or Annabelle. Wonder which one would be a great movie to watch while playing with DS.

Must be cozy in that attic. If we see the roof is rocking, well come a knocking. Cash in hand :D
