Decor Basics - rather minimalist Templates file

I just downloaded the Decor Basics template file, and it's rather sparse on content ... in fact, it's empty. (I should have guessed that when Product Library said the file was 22 bytes.)

Was this just my download, or does anyone else get an empty template zip for Decor Basics? The answer will make a difference how I word the support ticket...
