Custom or pre-made shortcuts / hotkeys for the morph sliders ?

Hey dear people,

can anyone help me, please:

I am going mad with fiddling around with the mouse on the morph sliders, as I use them a lot and it is so ineffective. For sure there must be a shortcut to move the sliders from left to right cause you can move between the sliders with Num up and Num down, but I seem to stupid to find the ones for moving the sliders... ( even after a look into the Wiki, the FAQ and an intense google-search... )

Can some of the guys hand me the "magic-keys" or combination for this, please ?! That would make my day...!
